1. Acceptance of Terms
By contacting, scheduling, or receiving services from Caraballo Locksmith, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide residential, commercial, and automotive lockouts, key cutting and programming, lock installation, rekeying, access control installation, and safe services throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
3. Pricing and Payment
Service calls begin with an on-site assessment and firm quote. Work begins only after approval, and payment is due when service is complete. Telephone prices are estimates until the on-site assessment.
4. Emergency Service Fees
Emergency, after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls may carry additional fees. These are disclosed before dispatch and confirmed before work begins.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must demonstrate a legitimate right to access the property or vehicle. We may require identification and proof of ownership or occupancy.
6. Identification Verification
Residential, automotive, and commercial lockouts require appropriate identity and authorization checks to protect property owners.
7. Liability Limitation
Our liability for claims arising from services is limited to the cost of the service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.
8. Lock Drilling
If drilling is required, we explain the permanent damage and replacement cost and obtain approval before proceeding.
9. Warranty
Technician labor is warranted for 30 days. Product and part warranties are provided by their manufacturers.
10. Cancellations
Calls may be cancelled without charge before dispatch. After dispatch, a service-call fee may apply to cover travel.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Florida law, with disputes resolved in Miami-Dade County.
12. Changes to Terms
Updated terms may be posted on this website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
